About Our Service

SETX Tote Rentals is a locally owned business based in Lumberton, Southeast Texas. We rent heavy-duty moving totes and equipment for local moves in Lumberton and the surrounding Southeast Texas area. We are a tote rental service only — not a moving service. Customers are responsible for packing and transporting their own belongings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to book a rental or use this website.

Booking and Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by SETX Tote Rentals.
• A booking is not confirmed until we send a confirmation and payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Rental Agreement

All rentals are governed by our Rental Agreement, which is presented and digitally signed at the time of booking. The Rental Agreement outlines responsibility, damage fees, late return charges, and other rental-specific terms.

Payment

Payment is due in full before delivery. Invoices are sent via Stripe after your booking is confirmed. We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Copy or reproduce site content without permission
